1. How to make an wholesale order?
Create an account at logiapp.Koboom.Kr and follow the steps there
Provide us the following information via our wholesale email “[email protected]”:
- Your email account that you registered with
- The total quantity of items you want from the wholesale items’ list (see #2 below)
- The shipping carrier you want us to ship your packages with
Your discount rate will be determined by the quantity of your order.
2.Wholesale items’ list?
All kpop albums listed on our website can be provided with the wholesale price, in addition, you can check more wholesale items inside the koboom logistics system.
3. What is the MOQ?
Our minimum order quantity is 20 per item (discount not applicable for sets, only individual items)
4. What is the delivery time?
Usually, we process your orders within 3-5 business days and the deliveries take 8-25 days for most orders within the u.S. For regular shipping and 2-4 business days (can take up to 10 business days or more) for express shipping. However, shipping times also depend on what you purchased or where you live! Due to extremely high demand, the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays, it can sometimes take up to 10 business days to process your order and up to 2 months for your delivery to arrive. Please review the shipping table for further information on particular countries.
5. What are the available shipping methods?
We offer ems, ups, fedex and dhl. You can let us know what shipping company you would like us to use by email ([email protected])
6. Do you ship to my country?
We can ship almost everywhere. You can click here and check if your country is available.
7. Does import duties, taxes are included?
No. Unfortunately, All Charges are buyer’s responsibility. Each country has its own customs regulation, and we cannot control these. Please check thoroughly about the customs (import duties and taxes) regulation of your country in prior to the shipment of your order, as you will be responsible for all customs related issues with your shipment (including the return or disposal of the package) once it arrives in your country.
9. Can’t find the product you want in the wholesale product list?
Please email us the name of the product, we will check and let you know if the item can be provided with the wholesale price.
10. What to do if I received the wrong items?
If you received the wrong items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
